Our reception office is located in Av/ Europa, 25, building Coblanca 15 local 1.
Very close to the nightlife areas and the downtown area (old town). Ideal for a holiday or long stays in winter.
The apartments have towels and sheets, they are delivered clean at the entrance, there is an iron for the apartment (ask for it in our office). In winter they have electric radiator.
The kitchen is electric or ceramic, has 2 or 3 electric plates, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, smoke extractor, coffee maker and refrigerator with separate freezer, washing machine and electric water heater. It has a kitchenware, dishes and normal cutlery for up to 3 people (no express pot or electric mixer).
As optional services (for a fee) in the apartment have: Wifi. See optional extras when booking (some extras may have a minimum price per stay regardless of the number of nights of stay of the clients).
There is also a private parking space for rent (for a fee) in nearby buildings - see optional extras when booking.
Our apartments includes a maintenance service for emergencies in the apartment for 24 hours through a contact telephone (only for problems in the apartment that can not wait until the opening time of our reception office).
The handing over of keys is always in our reception office, not in the building they have reserved, for this they have to come to Fincas Arena, if they arrive after closing the office by the afternoon or on holiday, in the window there will be a list with the name of the clients and a telephone number to call us and a person will bring the keys to the door of our office in abouta few minutes (if you plan to arrive after hours and let us know, they help us organize and minimize your wait when they arrive at our office). We can provide to our customers a transfer service to and from Alicante airport either by taxi or with private transport companies (VTC) or minibuses for groups over 4 people. if you plan to arrive at night or on holiday we can have you picked up at the airport will be driven direct to your accommodation.

We have socio-sanitary services through an external provider (children care, au pair, elderly people care, personal hygiene, nursing, physiotherapy, medication control, etc).

Check-in is at 17:00 hrs (if the apartment is clean and prepared before, we can hand off the keys before, extra cost may apply).
Check-out is at 10:00 hrs (if you want to leave later check availability with our reservation staff), that service may have an extra cost and we can confirm it the day before departure only.
Both the day of arrival and the day of departure we can store your luggage in our office for free (only during our opening hours).
