Small studio in Lorgues for 2 people with shared swimming pool.
Studio on the ground floor of the owners house ( lives on the 1st floor ) with covered, furnished terrace and private sunny garden section, TV, WiFi, and shared swimming pool. The swimming pool is covered during unused periods in spring and autumn, but is completely exposed during use.
Location:
The studio is located not far from the town of Lorgues in the Var Department. Besides many shops, restaurants and cafes ( distance 800-1500 m) Lorgues also offers a great market every Tuesday morning . There are banks , post office and cleaning , hairdressers and many bakeries. The city has about 8,000 permanent residents and is a known and visited city in that region. From Lorgues to St. Tropez is 45 km, to Fréjus about 35 km, and to Nice and Cannes, 90 km. Westwards you can reach well-known cities such as Aix -en- Provence, Avignon, Toulon and Marseille within 1 - 1.5 hours driving over the highway A8 "La Provençale".
Interior:
The studio spread over 30m2, combining the living / dining room and kitchen, as well as it serves as a bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for 2 people. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet. All windows have moskito net mounted. The studio is heated by central heating in the early month of spring, and heating cost is included in the rental price.
Exterior:

It is covered during unused periods in spring and autumn, but is completely exposed during use. The pool is available to guests at all times, and the owner uses it only in the absence of guests.
