Holiday home for 4 persons between Alcudia and Pollensa
The villa is located in a tranquil setting in a pine grove with private pool, satellite TV, DVD player and air conditioning
Location:
This villa is perfect for couples or small families who want a very quiet environment. The location is idyllic and here there is only about 10 minutes drive to Pollensa. There are only 8.5 km to the center of Port d'Alcudia, where you can find many different restaurants, bars, and a lovely promenade where you can find everything from clothes to supermarkets. In Alcudia you can explore the old town with narrow streets paved with cobblestones. You can also visit Pollensa, which is only approx 5.6 km away - and the city is worth a visit. Here you can stroll down the cobbled streets or walk the 365 steps up to El Calvari - a small chapel with stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Alcudia.
Inside:
The villa is traditionally decorated with white walls and beamed ceilings. Here is a nice living room with sofa set (satellite TV and DVD player), dining table and open to the kitchen which is fully equipped. Contains these dishwasher, microwave and large fridge-freezer. In addition, there are two bedrooms. Here is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have installed air conditioning and shares a bathroom with bathtub.

The villa includes a lovely garden that surrounds the private pool. It measures 5 x 4 meters and so there is sun beds. The villa also has a lovely covered terrace and a built-in barbecue.
