Lovely villa near Pollensa with private pool for 5 persons
Location:
The house has a lovely view of the Puig de Maria, there is a hill with a monastery and chapel built in the 13th century. There is also a small restaurant and stunning views of Pollensa. There is approximately 1.2 km to the center of Pollensa, and it's clearly worth a visit. Here you can stroll down the cobbled streets or walk the 365 steps up to El Calvari - a small chapel with stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Alcudia. There is a short drive to the fine beach Llenaire, located in the seaside resort of Puerto Pollenca. Here you will find everything you need for a day at the beach, for example. restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
Inside:
The villa is approximately 139 m2 and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with among other things, gas stove and dishwasher. From the kitchen there is also direct access to a terrace. The living room is a combined dining and groceries living room where there is a cozy seating area with satellite TV and a dining table for all.
