Holiday house for 5 persons in central Majorca
The villa is located in the small village of Lloret de Vistalegre and has a private pool and satellite TV.
Location:
The holiday home is located in Lloret de Vistalegre, a small town close to Sencelles in Majorca. Close to the house is a few restaurants, and there's 2 km to the nearest supermarket. There are approximately 8 km to Sencelles, there is a very nice little town where there are shops, restaurants and cafes. The city is also known as the villages village because the "collector" of other small villages such Cascanar, Biniali etc. Here the siesta is alive and kicking and the city offers many small cafes bay of room. The city is also perfect for those interested in history, as the area offers many attractions and monuments. In addition, there are several Majorcan windmills that are also worth a visit. There are approximately 30 km into Palma, where you can also explore. Palma offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, more cultural and more. Since the house is located in the middle of the island, most sand beaches reached within 30-35 minutes.
Inside:
The house is 140 m2 and consists of a combined dining and living room with satellite TV, fireplace, sofa and dining table. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with among other dishwasher and microwave. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace. There are also three bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two single beds and one with a single bed. They share two bathrooms. One with bath and the other with shower (here is also a washing machine). There is air conditioning in the two bedrooms for 2 persons and in the combined living room.
Outdoor:
The plot is big and fenced. The house has lovely outdoor areas and have a nice long covered patio with plenty of room for all. In addition, there is another covered terrace on the other side of the house. The pool measures 10 x 5 meters and around there are sun beds, umbrellas and outdoor shower. There is also a covered barbecue area and the house also offers a rooftop terrace. Here are also 3 private parking spaces.
