Location:
The holiday home is just outside Selva, there is a stunningly beautiful city. The city has a lot of character, a lot of beautiful buildings and long history. The area around Selva is perfect for those looking for relaxation in beautiful surroundings. The city invites you to a tour of the small streets and you can enjoy both modern mixed in harmony with the traditional. In Selva there are shops, restaurants, otherwise Inca is only 6.5 km away. If you would like a day at the Bay of Alcudia is located about 27 km away.
Inside:
The villa is 180 m2 and is spread over two floors. The entire villa is decorated in rustic Majorcan style. On the ground floor you'll find the kitchen-family room with fireplace and dining table. From here there is access to the living room where there is a cozy seating area with satellite TV, DVD player another dining table and a wood stove. From here there is direct access to both terraces. The ground floor also has a bedroom with double bed (with space for an extra bed) and a bathroom. On the first floor is the two remaining bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The two bedrooms share the second bathroom.
Outdoor:
The house has two inviting covered furnished terraces overlooking the woods or mountains. The pool is located to the right of the terrace and measures 3 x 7 meters and has a depth of 1.4 meters. Around the pool there are sun chairs, parasols and an outdoor dining table.
