Holiday house for 10 people with a private pool.
Rustica is a beautiful large villa built in 2013. It overlooks the surrounding countryside and there is a swimming pool, covered terrace, barbecue, satellite television, WiFi , air conditioning and table tennis .
Location :
The house is located in the hinterland of Porec about 3 km from Visnjan where there possibilities to shop, as well as restaurants and a café. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the beach at Porec. Porec is an old charming town with a nice town center with restaurants, cafes and shops.
Interior:
The house is 250 m2 which is on two levels.
On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen that is open to the living room. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet .
Exterior:
The plot is 1.000 m2 with lawn and trees. The pool is 32 m2.
There is a covered terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and a barbecue.
Note:
Youth groups may not book the house.
