Lovely holiday home for 8 people with private pool.
The house offers space for 8 people, and is modern furnished with Sat-TV, WiFi, washer and dryer. Outside there is the private saltwater pool, open and covered terrace, and from many places on the site but has a great view of the surrounding valleys and mountains.
Location:
The house is located on the outskirts of a little town called Trans-en-Provence, about 2 km to the nearest restaurant and about 2.5 km to the large shopping center in the direction of Draguignan. The city center of Draguignan is approximately 4 km, and there is a very wide selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as the weekly market. The area within a radius of 50 km are filled with many attractions and resorts, and via the A8 motorway (10 km) you have access to the entire southern part of Provence. Within an hour when all the way to Monaco in the east and Marseille in the west. The place is a good starting point for many exciting holiday experiences outside the house.
Inside:
House 160 m2 distributed on two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you have access to a bright living / dining room with fireplace. Moreover, there are at this level 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with WC. Furthermore, a bathroom with shower and with access to a terrace, a separate WC, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer.
On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed. In addition, 1 bathroom with toilet. One of the bedrooms has access to a small balcony.
Outdoor:
The outdoor area at the back consists of terrace space on three sides of the house, both covered and open. In direct relation to the terraces there is the saltwater pool (40 m2, up to 2m depth). The whole outdoor area is very private. there are garden furniture / lounge chairs and a brick barbecue, which can also be used as an outdoor fireplace.
The driveway offers space for 2 cars, and is closed by an electric gate.
The whole plot of 1600 m2 is built on several levels and is completely fenced, and from many places on the site has superb views of the countryside. At a lower level (steep stair) is a petanque court.
Note: Due to the direct access to the pool from the patio area it is a imperatively required that all residents must be able to swim.
