Villa Casetta is a farm house in a tranquil setting outside of Lucca. There is an outdoor dining area with pizza oven, barbecue, fireplace in the livingroom, WiFi and satellite TV.
Location:
The farm house is located outside of Lucca on a hilltop. There are good views over the Lucca area from the garden. Lucca is known for the city wall. Walk through the narrow streets up to the great amphitheater square. The square is round and very special. The house is a good starting point for trips around Tuscany - to cities such as Florence, Pisa and the spa town of Montecatini Terme.
Inside:
The house is 100m2 and spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace - there is garden view. There is also a laundry room and a bathroom. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher. Also here is a view of the garden from the dining area. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and air con. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds. The bedrooms share a bathroom.
Outdoor:
The country house is situated on a hilltop and there is a good view over the Lucca area from the garden. The plot is 1000m2. The pool is 32m2. There is parking for the car. In the garden there are olive trees.
