The apartment is located in the famous and lively La Lonja, a neighbourhood in Palma city that is known for its many interesting restaurants and bars. La Lonja is the center of Palma's nightlife. Everything is within walking distance. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment. A lovely apartment with a bohemean touch and a exceptional atrium garden.

Location :
Alicia is situated right on Calle Apuntadores, the main artery of La Lonja. The area is known for its lively environment with various clubs, tapas bars and restaurants. Here is something for everyone's taste. La Lonja is also the name of the old stock exchange, which was built in the mid 15th century, located at a close distance to the apartment and from which the area is named. It is 1 km away from the sandy beach and 5 km to the airport. We are in the center of Palma city with everything within reach.
