Large apartment of 150 m2 for 6 people in an old estate in Rapolano Terme.
The apartment is located in the main building of an impressive mansion from the 17th century.
There are 2 large shared pools, satellite TV and WiFi.
Location :
We are in the heart of Tuscany in the Sienese province. There are only 32 km to Siena and 90 km to Florence. Perugia is 70 km away. The manor is located 1500 m from Rapolano Terme, a small town known for its spas and spa treatments. Chianti wine district is just around the corner, so here is everything the heart may desire of culture, great art, delicious food and excellent wine.
Inside:
The apartment is on the ground floor in the main house and covers a total of 150 m2. There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a brick fireplace. The kitchen includes a dining table, and it is open to a spacious living room. The 3 bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom with 2 single beds, the other have two double beds.
Outdoor :
The country house is situated on a 320 acre huge plot with its own vineyards, olive groves and lemon trees. It is in fact possible to buy the homemade products. There are 2 pools of respectively 50 m2 and 98 m2. The pools are shared by all the residents of the 6 apartments located on the estate. There are sunbeds by the pool, and a barbecue is available upon request. Quiet, rural setting yet close to the main road, so excursions are easily commenced.
Note: Small pool opened from May to September. Big pool opens mid June to September.
