Country house of 300 m2 in Vilafranca for 8 people.
Cozy and comfortable house in quiet surroundings in the countryside. There is a big pool, satellite TV and a lovely garden with palm trees, lemon trees and olives.
Location :
The villa is located in quiet surroundings in the countryside in the small village of Vilafranca. Manacor known for its Majorica pearl production is 10 km away. There are 40 km to Palma city and approx. 30 km to Felanitx. The beaches of Porto Cristo and Cala Millor are approximately 22 km from here.
Inside:
The villa has 2 floors. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with dining area in open connection with a combined dining room and living room. The living room has a fireplace and high ceilings. There is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there are 2 further double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, as well as a single room with a pull out bed serving as an extra bed. One double room with ensuite bathroom with a small bathtub. There is yet another bathroom with shower. There is sat TV and WiFi.
Outdoor :
There is a lovely garden with palm trees, , lemon trees and olives. The pool is large and 60 m2 (12 m x 5 m and 0,9 m x 1,9 m deep). There is a covered porch with dining area, and of course there are sun beds, so the sun may be enjoyed.
The house is located in a peaceful, quiet environment. Vilafranca is after all a little village in the countryside.
