The villa is located in the countryside with panoramic views and where silence reigns. It has a garden, a large covered terrace, barbecue, large pool, WiFi , air conditioning and satellite television.
Location:
The house is located just outside of Sineu where there is shopping, cafes and restaurants. The beautiful sandy beaches of Alcudia bay are reached after an approx. 20 minute car drive. The distance to Palma is 30 km.
Interior:
The house is 200 m2 and has three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, and the other two each have two single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen which opens up to a combined living / dining room, and 3 bathrooms as well. The house is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi and satellite television. In the livingroom there is a sofabed for 2 persons.

The plot is 28.000 m2, which partially consists of a grove with fruit trees and olive trees, and is partially laid out as garden.There is a nice pool area with sun loungers and a large pool that measures 10 x 5 meters with a depth of between 2.1 and 1.2 m. The terrace is 60 m2, of which 35 m2 is covered. There are panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
