It is an apartment of 72 m2, located on the ground floor with direct access to shared pool and gardens. The sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is just 100 meters away. There is sat TV, Wi-Fi and mountain view.

The apartment is located right next to the beach in Puerto Pollensa, which is a small town that offers both history, great restaurants and shopping and last but not least, a pleasant atmosphere. The sandy beach is 1 km long. The town church dates back to the 13th century and was built by the Knights Templar.
From Placa Major is a staircase of 365 steps leading up to the small chapel, Il Calvario. Alcudia, yet another lively and beautiful town is a 15 -minute drive away. There are 70 km to the airport and 60 km to Palma city. The whole area offers numerous opportunities for various impressions.
