Apartment of 90 m2 for 6 people in a newly renovated farmhouse.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and is one of totally 4 apartments in a newly restored farmhouse. There is a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. There is sat TV, and WiFi, and a very large shared pool.

The farmhouse is just 12 km from Siena, a town that offers a wide range of cultural experiences.
There are 80 km to Florence, another city with great cultural richness and a wide specter of potential art experiences. We are in the heart of a province with great wines such as
Montalcino and Montepulciano near by. Pisa is 120 km away, Arezzo 75 km.
A perfect base for nature and culture experiences and delicious food and wine.
Inside:
Loggetta is an apartment of 90 m2, located on the 1st floor of a renovated farmhouse. The apartment has separate and private entrance via external staircase. There is a small corner kitchen / kitchenette opening up to a dining area. The living area is spacious with comfortable furniture. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds. The apartment has 2 bathrooms - both with showers. Dishwasher and washing machine. There is no air conditioning.
Outdoor :
The apartment has a small balcony with table and chairs, so meals can be enjoyed outside. From the balcony there is a beautiful view over the hills and valley. Here is peace and quiet and a sky with visible stars. There is a large, shared pool, and by the poolside you will find sun loungers and parasols.
There is a shared dining area with barbecue. However, the apartment has its own, private outside dining space. WiFi is only accessible outdoors.
