A nice, little apartment with sea view for maximum 4 people.
A cute, little apartment of 60 m2 with stunning panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. There is a large porch from where the view may be enjoyed. Here is sat TV, and everything is within walking distance. A good and functional apartment.
Location :
The apartment is situated right on the sea front and with Alcanda beach 50 m away, The beach has shallow waters and peblestones but it is a very popular beach for families with smaller children. Nearest sandy beach is 1 km away. There are 3.5 km to Puerto Alcudia and 5.5 km to Alcudia,that has its own bullring. The whole area of Alcudia bay offers plenty of fun, great culture and beautiful nature. Alcanada Golf and tennis courts are 1 km away. The diving center is 2 km away and horseback riding 3 km away. There are 60 km to the airport and Palma city.

The apartment is a small but functionally furnished apartment. There is a minor American style kitchen in open connection with the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities.
The living room has a dining area and sofa that may serve as a bed for 2 people. There is a bedroom with 2 single beds ( 0.90 x 1.90 m. The bathroom has both a shower and a small bathtub.
The furniture is simple. The apartment is on the 1st floor.

The apartment has a large and partially covered porch. There is both a dining area and a lounge area with sofas, so the amazing view of both the sea and the mountains can be enjoyed. We are in the 1st row to the sea and to reach the beach, you just have to cross the street. There are restaurants and shops just around the corner.
