The apartment is located 5 km from the Colle di Val d' Elsa, a town known for its production of crystal.
In the town there is one of Italy's best and most expensive restaurants, namely Arnolfo. We are in central Tuscany, and from here we have an excellent starting point for visits to Siena, which is 25 km away and Florence is only 40 km away. The area is known for its wine and is a mecca for art and culture lovers. Here is everything your heart desires : delicious food, fine wine, great art and a unique cultural richness.
Inside:
The apartment is in a converted and restored church from the 13th century. Here you can literally feel the presence of history. We are at ground level, where we have a kitchen with a dining area and a small lounge area. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a small bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a sofa that can be converted into a bed for 2 children. There are handmade terracotta tiles on the floors and Carrara marble in the bathroom. There is quite a solemn and tranquil atmosphere.
Outdoor
There are spectacular views of the valley and of the river Elsa. There is a huge pool of 98 m2 with sun loungers and parasols, shared with the other 3 apartments in the church. There is an impressive garden and a shared barbeque.
The apartment has a private terrace for dining al fresco.
