Villa apartment of 65 m2 for 6 people with a lovely garden.
The apartment is furnished in countryside style and is located in an old villa that houses 2 apartments in total. There is sat TV and internet. There is a beautiful garden with old walnut trees and many different kinds of plants.

Location :
Sassetta, a charming little village is just 800 meters away. We are in the southern part of the province of Livorno and find ourselves on the Etruscan Coast with Sassetta located on a hilltop overlooking the sea and surrounded by forest. The forests are ideal for hiking, trekking, mountain biking and horseback riding.
Castagneto Carducci is certainly worth a visit, a small renaissance town, known for Castagneto castle, which to this day is still lived in by Italy's oldest noble family. The town is about 6 km from Sassetta and partly named after the Italian poet Carducci . Pisa is 84 km away. There are 12 km to the private sandy beach of Marina di Castagneto. The beach is part of a nature reserve and covers 10,000 m2 with sand dunes. On the beach you will find picnic tables and benches made of driftwood.

The apartment is on the ground floor with entrance directly from the garden. There is a kitchen with a dining area in open connection to the living room. In the living room there is a sofa. There are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed. There is a bathroom with shower and small bath. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove and gas oven.
Outdoor :
Outside right at the entrance to the apartment, there is a dining area in the shade of old walnut trees.
The garden is well kept but also a natural garden with mature trees and many plants, which are all labelled with their respective names. The villa is located 500 meters above sea level, and therefore, the temperature here is a few degrees cooler than down at the coast.
