Holiday house for 4 people (possibly 5) with private pool and mountain view.
The holiday home is located on a large plot which offers a spectacular view of the mountains. There is a covered terrace, a barbecue, satellite TV and air con.
Location :
The house is situated in quiet surroundings in the countryside but within a short drive to Selva (1 km), a town that offers both shopping possibilities and restaurants. The house is close to the Tramuntana mountains and definitely worth a trip whether by car, bicycle or on foot.
There is approx. half an hour drive to sandy beaches and the city of Palma.
Inside:
The 80 m2 is distributed into 2 bedrooms, both with two single beds. It's possible to rent an extra bed.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen that is open to the combined living / dining room, and a bathroom.
There are 3 air cons - one in each bedroom and one in the living room.
Outdoor :
The plot is 7,000 m2 with a small garden and a pool area with sun loungers.
The pool measures 8 x 4 m and has a depth of between 2.1 and 1.2 m
There is a covered terrace, a barbecue, and a nice view to the Tramuntana mountains.
