Holiday house for 6 people with private pool.
The holiday home is a house in a quiet area with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and the Tramuntana Mountains. There is a large pool, covered terrace, barbecue, internet and satellite TV.
Location:
The house is situated just 0.5 km from Selva with shopping and restaurants. The nearest beach is about 20 minutes drive to the beach (18km). Also in the Tramuntana mountains it is only a short ride. Into the Tramuntana Mountains you can make beautiful and interesting excursions by car, take the sporty bike and on foot. Inca, the second largest town on the island is also within a few minutes reach.
Inside:
The house is distributed over 80 m2 and consists of 3 bedrooms, of which one is with a double bed, the two others have twin beds. There is also a separate kitchen is fully equipped with dining table. There is a combined living / dining room and two bathrooms. Air conditioning is available in the living room and there is Wi-Fi and satellite TV
Outdoors :
The property is a total of 5,000 m2 of which 2,000 m2 are gardens with manicured lawns and pool. The pool measures 14 x 6 m with a depth of 2.5 to 1.25 m. The covered patio is large and nicely furnished, and there is a barbecue.
From here one has a very beautiful view of the surrounding countryside, and the Tramuntana Mountains.
