Beautiful and large Tuscan villa in exceptional panoramic position on a hill near Monticchiello for 8 people with private swimming pool .
This stunning villa is ideal for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. The property is completely private, has a very nice fenced yard, and a private swimming pool. In an outbuilding next to the owners' villa , which provides for any additional services such as daily cleaning and organizing dinner available lives . The ideal location from which to visit some of the most popular resorts of Tuscany, and to get the most beautiful impressions of this enchanting region .

The villa is laid out on two floors, and approximately 450 square distributed as follows : The ground floor is entered through the large entrance hall which provides access to central, very tastefully furnished living room with fireplace, a piano bar, as well as to a fully equipped kitchen. Also, here is a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor, with another large living room with fireplace, TV and access to a terrace with panoramic views. Furthermore, all 4 bedrooms are on this level, 1 with 2 single beds and 3 double bed, all equipped with color TV and telephone. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath and shower. All rooms are designed very generously .
