Rustic and charming old Tuscan farmhouse renovated into a holiday house of character, at the heart of nature, for 10 people (+4 in option), with private swimming pool and playground.
Sabina is a splendid countryside house offering lots of shade and equipment, and made to be enjoyed by a large family with children. Whether you choose to sit down under a tree to sip a cold drink while the kids have fun on the playground, or take a stroll through the woods before a meal on the terrace, you are sure to enjoy a high level of privacy and quietness.
Location:
This 55-hectare property is located 1km from Chianni, a small commune 30km from Pisa and the airport. Restaurants and supermarkets can be found 5-6km from the house in Terricciola and Casciana Terme. In Casciana Terme also you will find a Spa and Wellness center, and not far: a riding school, tennis yards and a golf course (Castelfalfi Golf Club - Montaione).
Indoors:
Renovated through the use of materials of origin such as field stones, hand-made bricks, and featuring timber beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, this 2-storey house can accommodate up to 14 people. The decoration is rustic and welcoming, and the equipment is complete and practical.
The ground floor consists of a combined living/dining space with a single sofa bed, a massive wooden dining table, a kitchen also with dining table, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The first floor offers 4 double bedrooms, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower/bathtub.
Sleeping arrangement can be organised for 4 more people on request and with fee - but free for children up to 6 year-old.
Outdoors:
Right by the entrance, a terrace is provided with garden furniture and shaded under a large tree. At the back of the house you will find a small furnished and covered terrace. You will enjoy the use of a large swimming pool built in an elevated position and which thus offers a quite beautiful panoramic view and exposition. The barbecue, wood oven, outdoor shower and playground complete the list of equipment.
Moreover, you will be free to explore the surrounding natural area thanks to paths for walking or riding. And due to a production related to olives, the property owner and his family will be happy to organize tasting tours and cooking classes for you.

The pool is in access from the end of May to the end of September.
Airport transport is possible on request.
The rental of a minibus for 8-10 people is possible also on request.
