Modern holiday home for 6 to 7 people in Son Serra de Marina on Mallorca, only 150 m from a grainy beach, and with private pool.
Surroundings:
Son Serra de Marina is a little quiet village only a few kilometers from Can Picafort. The property is only 150 m from the sea and the grainy beach. To the sandy beaches of Alcudia it's only a short ride of 10 km, and for the daily shopping you can go to Can Picafort.
Indoor:
Very clear and modern furniture without too much "stuff", cool tiled floors, and nice large windows to the ground are the significant indicators of this holiday home of 130 m2 on a plot of 305 m2. You'll find a well-equipped kitchen in combination with the living / diníng room from where you enter the terrace. The property offers 3 bedroom, 2 of them with large double beds, and the third with bunked beds, of which the lower one can be suitable for 2 children. 2 bathrooms with shower or bathtub complete the interior.
Outdoor:
The terrace with integrated pool of 24 m2 offers enough space for relaxing in the sun or in the shadow of some trees. The terrace can be partly covered by an awning, and is furnished with garden furniture of modern style in wood.
