Large Tuscan villa near Florence for 10 people with shared swimming pool and panoramic view on olive groves.
Large 450m2 holiday house surrounded by olive groves but 5 minutes from all town services. Felipa is a restaurated old farmhouse, today a simple yet comfortable holiday house nested in the Tuscan countryside. It can accommodate large groups or families thanks to numerous bedrooms, and the outdoor dining table will contribute to offer you pleasant moments in the open.
Location:
This house is located in a holiday property offering a beautiful view on the surrounding olive groves. It is located within 15 kilometers of Florence Airport, and about 2km from Pontassieve, the closest town. The owners live on the plot in an independent house and are at guests’ disposal.
Indoors:
This house is arranged on 4 levels. On the ground floor you will find a large living room provided with comfortable sofas, entertainment equipment, a library and a big fireplace, an equipped independent kitchen with a walnut dining table for 10 people and decorated in a typical Tuscan style. There are also guest toilets at this floor. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 with bunked beds and 1 with double bed. Three steps up lays a second upper level with 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, and also 2 bathrooms, 1 with bathtub and 1 with shower. Finally the third upper level was made from an old restaurated tower and features a 40m2 double bedroom.
Outdoors:
Facing the swimming pool there is a large covered terrace equipped with a dining table. The swimming pool is surrounded with loungers so that you can relax in the sun. Children will be happy to find toys by the pool side.
