Beautiful holiday villa for 10 people near Lorgues with large private swimming pool and stunning view over the Massif des Maures.
Newly built villa of 200 m2 decorated in a typical Provencal style and with local material, nestled on a 2500m2 plot. This house allies comfort and modernity. Its heart is definitely the outdoor terrace, mostly covered and providing with a large dining table and a great outdoor kitchen, it offers a panoramic view of the area.
Location:
The villa is located 3km from Lorgues, a quiet Provencal town where the traditional Provencal atmosphere can be experienced and that hosts a local market every Tuesday, where you will find local organic products. There are also shopping facilities such as restaurants and cafes. An hour's drive away are the famous southern French cities Cannes and St. Tropez, and the largest European Canyon of the Gorges du Verdon.
Indoors:
Targa is arranged on 2 levels, is entirely air-conditioned and WIFI internet is accessible throughout. Both decoration and furniture were designed in the utmost Provencal style: floors with Salernes tiles, ceilings with old oak beams, stone walls and antique furniture. All bedrooms are equipped with twin beds, have their own en-suite bathroom and closet space, and are southward oriented.
The ground floor consists of a cozy living room provided with comfortable sofas and a fireplace, and access to the garden thanks to a large French window. Three steps lead to the dining room linked to the fully-equipped open kitchen, also provided with a large cooking island. This floor also offers 1 bedroom. The indoor staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find 4 more bedrooms, one of them with balcony.
Outdoors:
The covered terrace is accessible via the dining room and the kitchen; it will offer you to spend great moments all together, planning visit trips or simply enjoying the local pace of life around a pastis (drink typical of this region) while gazing at the sun setting over the valley. The swimming pool water is salted as to protect your eyes and skin, lighted at night and heated. It is not allowed to make fire during most of the year, therefore in the place of a barbecue you will find a large outdoor cooking place.
