Holiday apartment for 6 people in Sassetta, Toscana, with shared swimming-pool.
This 90 m2 apartment is located on the first floor. The apartment is beautifully decorated and outside you will experience the lovely Toscan natural settings which will complete your holiday expectations.
Location:
It is part of a property divided in 3 holiday apartments. The owner offers guests the use of his private sand dunes, located north of Marina di Castagneto. This is an area of 10.000kvm along the coast, and a fenced part of a botanical garden with plants and flowers.
Indoors:
Access to the apartment is from the garden on the western side of the house. The apartment comprises a living room with a fireplace, sofa bed for 2, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has access to two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Furthermore a sleeping sofa in the living area, preferably for children.
Outdoors:
From the living room there is access to a large terrace with table and chairs for outdoor meals. The terrace is shaded by chestnut trees. There also is a beautiful swimming-pool.
Check-out no later than 9am.
The pool is open all year.
In the low season is is possible to arrive other days on request.
