Holiday villa with private pool in Calpe, just a few meters from the sandy beach, with capacity for 6 people. The villa is located in the park area Marisol quiet residential urbanization. We emphasize the proximity of the village to the largest sandy beach of Calpe, promenade and all amenities, where you can enjoy many different restaurants, shops and barterraces. The villa is arranged on one floor, with an area of ??approx. 130 m2 and with a closed garden plot of 850 m2. Air-con in all rooms.
Main floor: (This is accessed via 4 steps) The property is located on one floor, has a large living room with modern furniture, 1 air-con unit, DTV/sat and covered terrace and pool. Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and cooking utensils. 1 room with washer. 1 room with toilet and sink. 1 large bedroom with air-con unit, double bed and ceiling fan. 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. 1 bedroom with air-con, double bed and ceiling fan. The third bedroom is a studio composed by 2 single beds, 1 air-con, open kitchen with electric cooking rings, oven, small fridge-freezer and access to a small terrace. 1 bathroom en suite with bath, wc and washbasin.
Outside: enjoy the kidney shaped pool with dimensions 7x4m with roman steps and outside shower. 2 covered terraces. Enjoy the magnificent panoramic views of the Rock of Ifach and Calpe from the sunbathing area on the 1st floor with access by external stairs. You can enjoy eating outside with the built-in barbecue found in the garden.
Distances: Only a 800m walk from the vast blue flag sandy beach of Calpe "Arena-Bol", restaurants and boardwalk. Lidl Supermarket (300 m) Calpe town (1.5 km).
Remarks:
Pets allowed but no more than 12 kg in weight with a cost of 30 € for the whole stay. And an extra person/bed is € 90 / stay.
