It has a large fully closed plot of 2000 m2 approx. landscaped with palm trees and various plants and with a large pool and several terraces where you can enjoy your meals. Inside the villa the living area is 250 m2 approx. and distributed over 2 floors.

Exterior: Splendid landscaped garden with palm trees and various plants, creating a relaxing atmosphere with several terraces, some covered, ideal for meals, while enjoying panoramic mountain views. Large pool with dimensions of 10x5m ideal for those who love swimming, with Roman stairs and metal stairs. Ample terrace with 6 sunbeds, ideal for sunbathing. Outdoor shower. Parking for 3-4 cars.
Distances: 0,7 km to the center of Jalon, grocery stores and restaurants. 15 km to the sandy beaches and town of Calpe
